Since 1999 Bali Oasis have been providing customers Australia wide in the supply and installation of Balinese and African Gazebos allowing customers to complete their projects and turn dreams into realities, and have come to be known as one of the leading businesses in this field.

Bali Oasis offer quality and reliable products and services that you can count on with a 25 year warranty on our posts and frames and a 5 year warranty on workmanship and when your hut is installed by us you will also receive a 5 year installation warranty.

Our gazebos are made to a standard not a price.

There are two types of Bali Thatching Strips: WHITE STRING BALI THATCH Light brown is the colour of the string that is used to stitch the thatch to the bamboo stick. BLACK STRING BALI THATCH Black is the colour of the string that is used to stitch the thatch to the bamboo stick.

These two types have major differences: It is very important to find out which string colour thatch you buy. If you don't, you could have numerous problems with the quality of your roof. We have seen roofs that do not even last three years because of the low quality thatch that was used. If you purchase the right thatch and install it correctly at a 40 degree pitch, you should get the longest lifespan out of the thatch. Please refer to the comparison table below.

Do you have warranties on your products?	Bali Oasis guarantees all gazebos and huts against faulty workmanship for five (5) years and twenty five (25) year warranty against rot, decay and termites on the frame and posts. If installed by Bali Oasis a five (5) year installation and manufacturing warranty applies.
If I need council approval, could you supply me with an engineering drawing?	We offer engineering drawings AND a design certificate. The roof timber sections are designed using the latest up-to-date software.
Who is responsible for freight and what happens when something gets lost or damaged?	We are fully responsible for freight. If anything gets broken we will replace it without any questions asked. All gazebos and huts are palletised and wrapped to give as much protection as possible.
Is your installation price fixed or can it change after a site inspection eg. for difficult access?	We supply you with a fixed installation price. No hidden costs. If installed by Bali Oasis a 5 year installation and manufacturing warranty applies.
What is the roof pitch of your huts and gazebos?	Victory by design. The roof pitch of a hut / gazebo is a big factor in determining the longevity of the roof. Usually, a steeper roof pitch will last longer due to its better drainage capabilities. For this reason, we use a roof pitch of minimum 30 degrees to a maximum of 40 degrees therefore extending the life of the thatch. This also dramatically reduces damage done by strong winds.
What roof designs / styles do you have on offer?	We can manufacture any roof style. If you prefer the "birdsmouth" also know as the "kicker frame" design we can manufacture it for no additional cost.
What posts do you have on offer?	We have round and 150mm x 150mm square H4 treated pine and hardwood posts available.
BALI HUT SPECIFIC: What is the string colour of the thatch?	We only use white string thatch. Please refer to the above Comparison Table.
BALI HUT SPECIFIC: Are terraced sections included when installed?	Yes, we supply you with terracotta sections as standard with all our huts.
AFRICAN HUT SPECIFIC: Do you have steel frames or a steel / timber frame combination?	We manufacture our own timber and steel frames. We believe that the timber looks great with the natural thatch products and will last longer.
