Roof Pitch

The roof pitch of a bali hut is a big factor in determining the longevity of the roof. Usually, a steeper roof (higher pitch) thatch roof will last longer due to its better drainage capabilities. For this reason, we use a roof pitch of 35 degrees (minimum) therefore extending the life of the thatch. This also dramatically reduces damage done by strong winds.

Warranty

Bali Oasis guarantees all gazebos and huts against faulty workmanship for five (5) years and twenty-five (25) year warranty against rot, decay and termites on the frame and posts. Terms and Conditions Apply
